Not two hours after my first prediction about Ted Cruz, the exact story just broke on CNN's Legal View with Ashleigh Banfield. Check out the U.S. Naturalization Act of 1795, which specifically creates a natural citizen that isn't a natural born citizen.

Hmmm. I think I'll look even more
presidential in eight years.

My next prediction: Ted Cruz will drop out of the race and throw his support to Donald Trump. Trump easily takes the GOP nomination. Meanwhile, Trump will have struck a deal with Cruz to be his running mate, creating the ultimate right wing renegade ticket and silencing Cruz's 'natural born' issue.
